Run Like A Woman shines a light on the experiences of ordinary Australian Christian women, offering encouragement, connection and inspiration.

In bed!” enthuses Run Like A Woman’s co-host and co-producer Penny Mulvey, an accomplished radio and media professional, chair of Christian Media and Arts Australia and chief communications officer of Bible Society Australia.
Run Like a Woman aims to include a diversity of women – from different backgrounds, experiences, professions, denominations and places they call home. The episodes cover the breadth of women’s experiences – from teenage issues to motherhood, working life, retirement and everything in between.

In the first season of Run Like a Woman, we chat to authors Justine Toh and Naomi Reed, cancelled artist Bindi Cole Chocka, heads of social justice organisations Melissa Lipsett and Clare Steele – and many more.
As well as sharing the stories of Christian women and the issues facing them – in their own lives, the lives of women around them and in the church – the podcast explores how their Christian faith has guided, sustained and grown them. Hence the name of our podcast, inspired by the Bible verse 1 Corinthians 9:13: “Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one gets the prize? Run in such a way as to get the prize.”
