Individuals like Rashida Tlaib wants Jamaat-e-Islami to be in power in the Muslim nations, including Bangladesh for better serving the interest of the Palestinian people. She played key role in linking Jamaat-e-Islami with Ilhan Omar as well as several members of the US Congress as well as at least one lobbyist firm. It was Rashida Tlaib and Ilhan Omar duo who had played important role behind January 10 sanctions imposed on Rapid Action Battalion (RAB), several officers of this elite force and the Inspector General of Bangladesh Police.
